As center director at Children\u2019s Choice Academy, she works closely with children, families, and educators to create a safe and supportive environment where every child is seen as an individual.<\/p><p>Her professional childcare journey spans four years, but caring for children has been part of her life for much longer. Growing up with siblings and helping care for nieces and nephews taught her the value of patience, consistency, and honest communication. Before entering childcare, Elizabeth spent more than 20 years in retail management, developing the leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills she now brings to her work with families and staff.<br \/><br \/>Those experiences inspired Elizabeth to write children\u2019s books with a clear purpose.
